Believe it or not, the tasting room has never been open on Halloween. Most of that is due to what day the holiday lands on but to be honest, it’s a hard sell to get people down here that night. It being on a Saturday this year, we knew we wanted to do something. The kitchen crew has been wanting to do a Soprano’s theme dinner. Turns out that the TV shows from the early oughts are also coming back into style with the Gen Z’ers. Well, we figured that this would be a good a time as any. So, Sara’s going to tap into her Italian-American roots and lead the team in a family style, mobster feast. THe menu is still to be determined but we did get our hands on a thrift store, Soprano’s Cookbook that will be more than enough inspiration. Think cacio pepe, picatta, ziti, gabagool…So put out the bowl of candy, shut off the lights and get dressed in your finest velour tracksuit. Whaddaya hear? Whaddaya say?
